Our Winter Wonderland Holiday Workshops are designed for ages 2-5 & 5-7. Cancellation Policy
Sally K Dance Winter Workshop Booking Policy Bookings - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place. - Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. - Workshop bookings are non-transferable between participants. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop will receive a full credit to your SKD account. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable due to staffing and resource commitments - attendance at an alternate session can be arranged. Workshop Changes - Sally K Dance reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine workshops if minimum numbers are not met. - In the event of a cancellation by Sally K Dance, families will be offered a full refund or attendance at another session. Supervision - Children attending workshops without a parent/guardian present must be signed in and out by an authorised adult. - Parents and guardians are welcome to leave the premises during the workshop, provided current emergency contact details have been supplied. - Children enrolled in the Stay & Play option will remain under the supervision of Sally K Dance staff for the duration of their booking. - Any person collecting a child must be listed as an authorised pickup contact. Food & Allergies - Please advise us of any allergies, medical conditions, behavioural needs, or additional support requirements at the time of booking. - Children should bring a named water bottle and any required medications. - Food for lunch breaks should be packed by the family. Photography & Video - Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the workshop. What to Wear - Comfortable clothing suitable for movement is recommended. Dance shoes are welcome but not required for workshop participation. - Come dressed according to the workshop theme if possible! Stay & Play - Children booked into Stay & Play will participate in supervised activities such as crafts, games, movies, colouring and free play. - Parents must ensure emergency contact details remain current and be contactable during the session. By completing a booking, families acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
