Prior to arrival
Visit the toilets in the foyer (Plaza/Westfield end of the building).
Arrive ready in your first costume according to the Costume
Checklist for your class.Bring any other costumes hung in a labelled garment bag.
9:15am
Sign in at the far side of the Auditorium. Students will enter the secure Allan Mullins room holding area and remain there for the duration of the show with their group chaperone.
**An adult needs to be present to sign students in.
9:30am
Warm up on stage led by dance teachers.
9:45am
Stage walk through to ease nerves and help students become familiar with the space.
Mini Tech rehearsal of selected items.
10:45am
Doors open for concert attendees.
11:00am
Morning concert begins.
12:00pm
Estimated concert finish time.
Sign out students at the side of the Auditorium where they were signed in. An adult needs to be present to sign students out.
