Cancellation Policy
Sally K Dance Formal Booking Policy Bookings - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. - Tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. - All attendees must hold a valid ticket. - Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from Sally K Dance. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full credit to your SKD account. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to catering and event commitments. Event Changes - Sally K Dance reserves the right to change the venue, date, time or event format if required due to unforeseen circumstances. - In the unlikely event that the Formal is cancelled by Sally K Dance, attendees will receive a full refund or credit. Photography & Video - Photos and videos may be taken throughout the evening for promotional purposes. - By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed unless Sally K Dance has been notified in writing prior to the event. Dress Code - This year's theme is Old Hollywood Glamour. - Guests are encouraged to embrace the theme with formal attire suitable for the occasion. - Please ensure footwear is appropriate for dancing. Behaviour - Sally K Dance is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees. - Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees throughout the evening. - Sally K Dance reserves the right to ask any attendee displaying inappropriate behaviour to leave the event. Dietary Requirements - Any dietary requirements or allergies must be advised at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot always be guaranteed by the venue or caterer. By completing a booking, attendees acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
